Please briefly describe the issue, your Gauge version, and whether it affects the iOS app, Gauge+ synchronization, or MCP connection. We usually reply within five business days.

Sign-in and synchronization

The iOS app works without an account. Optional Gauge+ synchronization and MCP require Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, first check that you use the same Apple ID or Apple sign-in option everywhere.

ChatGPT and MCP

Connect Gauge only through the official Gauge listing or https://gauge.mercundo.com/api/mcp. ChatGPT will ask you to sign in and explicitly authorize access. Changes or deletions should happen only after your specific instruction.

Remove synchronized data

To remove data stored by the Gauge+ service, open the Gauge+ settings in Gauge and select “Disconnect Gauge+”. This deletes the synchronized data from the server. Local data in Gauge remains available. You can delete individual metrics and values directly in Gauge. See the Privacy Policy for details.
